2013 C250

COMMAND Navigation map update

I just purchased a 2013 C250. I am living in a newer area with new roads so the navigation could not find my home. Can anyone tell me how to update the map from command navigation system?

hello if you have the ntg4.5 navi you have to go to the dealer, the maps update is online, here in Switzerland the first 3 years from the first car registration is free of charge.

And it's not cheap at about $250. At the last change my salesman said it wasn't worth the time and $$, so I skipped it. Strangely, in my nav display a freeway we use daily has shown up with green lines along the length of where Express lanes have been activated. Clearly, some information IS being updated via satellite.

I think $250 to update a map is pricy.

Here where i leave its the first 3 years free, after i have to buy i code for another 3 years i think about $250.Are you sure that the $250 is for one update only?
