Shifter wont go to P
Yesterday I came home and when I want to Park.... WTF?!?!?..... ...Shifter(gear stick) won't go to Park mode(P).
It goes up&down without a problem, just ......wont to go P !!!

....engine off....engine on.....short drive around town...everything working just perfect...changing gears - Lika a dream ...few tries to "park" , try to push gear stick to P - it won't go.........last try....and...success .....

Today everything working just fine.


Gearbox is 5G - 722.6; just 52 000km,

Any Idea ?

bring it to the MB dealer? 52k Miles are still covered right?

The video explains how to manual release if stucks in P,......but that was not my case.
The car is 6+years old , so , no guaantee anymore.
