New guy, need help!

Hello fellas,
I recently bought a '10 c300 for my wife. It had 33k on it when we got it and we just hit 43k and had the oil change or A service done. When we got the car back the stereo randomly shut off while driving. It started working again and then tonight the heated seats wouldn't stay on. You press the button and it lights up as normal and then shuts off after a few seconds. I also noticed the fan for the heater would not blow as hard as normal. That is something we noticed shortly after buying the car, the fan would blow soft when at a stop light and then blow hard when moving again. Never any other issues though.....I am very mechanical but these cars are a new breed for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a broken ground wire somewhere.

Sorry I don't know the word/term for the unit. But have them check the unit which measures the power of the battery as I had the same issue with mine after I got it. The radio kept dying and turning on at random times.

It might be that safety function which tries to keep the car running but turns off all the convenience things to save power.

Took MB 4 visits plus a new command unit to figure it out with mine.
