Just picked up my new-to-me W204 with 34k miles. Everything I've read says MB Tex doesn't wrinkle like leather, but my car says otherwise. I just wanted to make sure this is normal.
I'm not so sure about "doesn't wrinkle"... I can tell you from my experience with it, and because if its synthetic nature, MB Tex is a bit less flexible/not as pliable as leather and accordingly, what you are showing in that picture would appear to be normal.
Should be an easy fix though by applying some leather conditioner to it. That ought to soften it up a bit, and it might help those creases to get relaxed.
