Audio20 youtube 'Video through Aux'? For real?

Audio20 youtube 'Video through Aux'? For real?
I've got the basic Audio 20, apparently no fibre optics, only 4 buttons on wheel and have been told by comanduk that i can't do anything extra with it.
However i keep seeing on Youtube videos of people in europe seemingly adding TV, Video playback, Navigation etc which they seem to be accessing via the same 'Aux' selection off the 'Disc' playback screen which i have.
So is this for real? Some say it's fake but it looks genuine to me. One of them even has the same basic head unit that i have (no Navi, basic settings and screen etc) and he's accessing a seperate multimedia system using the central screen's 'Aux' as well.
If anyone can guide me in the right direction i'd appreciate it. I've emailed the guys on the videos but no reply.

I don't know, I can't find any mention of video aux in the engineering menu at all, whereas I can in a vehicle with the COMMAND unit. (I've never tested it)
