Correct O2 sensor part?

Hello! I got a CEL, just as I was about to put the car up for sale, turns out the front left O2 sensor is gone. Every place I've gone to of course quoted me ridiculous amounts of money for the job, so I'm going to have to do it myself. I was just wondering if this is the correct part for a 2011 c250 4matic. Its the 2.5 V6 engine only available in Canada, but I can't see it being different from the 3.0 V6 used in C300 elsewhere.

I would really appreciate the help! Also, is there anywhere I could order the front drivers cushion for the vehicle? Its ripping apart at the seams and tearing as well, its not under warranty any more unfortunately.
