If you're in the bay area, California Wheels in San Jose have the reps in stock. I like that the amg logo is not a sticker. They come staggered 8" et45 F, 9" et 54 R. $175 each.

Stock 17s are 7.5F & 8.5R. Not sure about the weight but based on the design I would assume it's pretty close to stock. If you're not tracking your car, the weight shouldn't matter much.
