C, E, or S? You decide
If money wasn't an issue what would you all prefer, a C class, E Class or S class?
My boss of his 3 MB's drives a 2014 S class. While luxurious and opulent I find it large and just not the everyday vehicle I would see my self in unless I wanted to make sure people knew I was successful.
One of my co-workers drives a 2013 E class. Again, I find it to be just big. It rides very smooth so it takes a lot of the feeling out of the driving experience. I do li it's looks, specially the 2015 model.
I of course drive a 2012 C class. To me, it has the right dimensions, it looks very sporty though the ride is a bit harsh.
I don't know guys... What would you all prefer if money was not an obstacle.

I believe e is the perfect fit. It really depends on what you want from the car. My C class is a little small for me (being over 6 foot) and it's hard for someone to set behind me when I comfortably drive. I'm thinking about upgrading to E class (e550) one because of the power and two for the room difference. I'm soon starting a part of my life in which I will need a bigger rear seats and a comfy ride (married & eventually kids). As for S, I think it's too big for my situation and needs.

C class fits and it's a very good road car too. Big enough for us - my wife always thought our previous BMW 5 Series was too big for running around town.
Bigger (E or S) would be wonderful for the highway though - remember road trips?

I very much dislike the new C especially the tail end. It's sort of like a baby S. On the other hand I love the front end of the CLA!
I also dislike the fact that the new models lack a shifter in the center console. In fact most of the pre facelift E's lack it as well.

I test drove a C class and found it too confining. Nice car, but just a bit uncomfortable for longer drives. I chose a E class, because it had the right proportions in terms of internal space and trunk. Didn't try an S class, because it's far too large for my tastes. Beautiful car and very nice interior though.

Money no issue, an S class.
But what I really want is a C class with EVERYTHING the S class has. That would be th dream car. S is too big to be practical for everyday driving by myself. I want all the bells and whistles of the S though, not to mention the quality and luxury.

@anx3... I feel ya!
------------------------------
The coupes are beautiful, specially the E coupe. However with kids I couldn't do coupes any more. I guess it's all about individual taste and needs from what I've been reading. I love the C but the E is growing on me. I guess I would jump at a 2015 model with stiffer suspension and if it had a shifter in the center console. Sort of like a sports trim if you will.
For now though the C is the one for me

Probably an E350. Anything would be better than my 2013 C250 which is still in the MB Dealer's service dept for OVER 5 WEEKS! With no estimate date in commission. What a lemon!

MBWorld Fanatic!
i have a C and E coupe and they are the same car actually just different looks
if money was no issue i'd buy a CL65 or the new S65 coupe
normal S is too big and even the E sedan is rather big if you need to be in a european city most of your time
