Hello all,
I seem to have a problem with my C300. I went to go start the car and it decided not to turn on. It chokes but doesn't start. This happened to me before but after a few hours, I tried again, and it started. This time I'm not so lucky.
After choking a little bit the vehicle starts to vibrate. Yesterday the big red flash with a battery sign came on so I got roadside assistance to give it a boost. Car started up fine. After a few hours, I went back to the car and what do you know, the car is doing the exact samething.
Now, I want to know if this is a battery issue or could it be something else?
I know my vehicle had a recall on the tail lights, got it fixed but a month or two later, the tail light would stay on and I have a reason to believe, this killed my battery (if that is the issue). I don't think the dealership fixed it correctly.
I live in Toronto, Ontario.
I don't know much about cars but any help would be highly appreciated.

I dont think the taillights killed your battery because before I brought mine to the dealer the same thing happened with my taillights and it didn't do anything to my battery and the dealers are pretty good with fixing stuff thats why you pay more money to bring it there you probably just need a new battery how olds your battery?Originally Posted by zaidyboy
