As for other parts that may be voided it would have to be a direct result of the intercooler itself and the dealer would have to prove that, I cannot think of what any of those issues may be off the top of my head. The same goes for anything that you do to your car though.
These are only the rules that apply to dealers in the United States, other countries have their own sets of rules that the dealers have to abide by. Many of our parts go to other countries so make sure that you check with your local laws if you want an aster on this in your country.

The aftermarket part will void the warranty of anything that it directly affects so certain parts of the cars warranty will be voided. For instance, the warranty on the Intercooler would absolutely be voided because Mercedes does not even make the part. I can't really imagine what warranty you would need done on the intercooler anyway. Damages done to those components are usually handled by the insurance company, not under warranty.

I guess I would have to ask the dealer I go to first before I even think about doing this and see what they say. If it voids the entire warranty then forget it. Otherwise I'm open to doing this. I'll be in contact...

The dyno chart is shows an improvement, but no one ever post track times or acceleration time increases cause they just aren't much better than stock I suppose. Have yet to see a C250 run quicker than a high 14sec 1/4 mile. Most can't even break into the 14s with mods.
