I tried to search, but I'm on mobile so maybe it doesn't work as well.

On my mini I converted the wheel bolts to a standard stud/ lugnut conversion (made mounting the wheels with spacers a breeze)!

Does such a kit exist for Mercedes?

I did it on my B8 Audi S4. Luckily both the Merc and the Audi use the same bolt. 14mx1.5
