C 180 CDI restriction removal
I know this might be a stupid question, but it is my job here as a newb to ask them ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
So I got a 2012 C 180 CDI and after looking all kinds of info about it, all I can deduct is that the only thing that differs between it and C 200 CDI (+16 hp) is the line in the specifications saying "M013 ENGINE REDUCED PERFORMANCE".
The question is - is there a way to remove that, to bring the performance up to C 200 CDI level? What could be the scale of the cost? I'll assume that this would void the warranty, but are there any negative long term effects possible on the car?

if you just change your power to that of the C200 CDI there shouldn't be any problem for the mech. parts
