Electric oil pump?

My Mitivac 7201 is now leaking so I'm looking for another alternative and thought about getting an electric pump instead. I found
this this
on Amazon. You guys have any other recommendation?

For $27 you don't have much to loose. I wonder whether you achieve 3 litres /min through the dipstick tube?

Be careful of igniting petrol fumes when using the electric motor. It is probably not flameproof.

Will it be easy to connect up?

Be a ground breaker & report back !!

Just bought it so I guess I will find out if it works good or not. A lot of positive reviews when it comes to extracting engine oil so I think it will work great.

Sure beats spending another $80+ on a new Mitivac.

Finally got around to using this. It took about 20 minutes to drain 9 quarts of oil out of my engine. Waited exactly 1 hour after I got home from driving doing all my errands to cool the car. Oil was still very warm and almost hot which sped up the suction time. I used my Mitivac to make sure I was draining about 8.5 liter (9 quarts). Very easy to set up and it did not drain my battery. I didn't check exact voltage but the car started after I was done. So definitely a must buy. So much easier than that damn Mitivac.

Thank you for the feedback

In 4 one. I'm getting tired changing oil the old fashion way.

At 68 years I still enjoy changing the oil by draining mainly because I can have a good look around at everything else down there whilst I am at it.

Thanks for the feed back. Wish everyone on this site was as diligent.
