Whats the best way to improve exhaust sound?
I'm going from dual to quad tips since I bought the CF diffuser. I figured I might as well improve the exhaust since I am buying tips anyway.

2012 C300 sport
Are there any preferred after market exhausts to use?
Is the sound noticeably different?
Is it worth it?

Honestly the after market exhaust systems are pretty expensive. Most people on the forum usually do an X pipe and factory muffler delete. Or just the muffler delete.

Swapped my stock mufflers for magnaflow race ones. Sounds pretty awesome and doesn't break the bank by any means.

Think I am going to go with the x pipe off amazon. How do I know which tips will fit?

You'll want the 2.25" x-pipe.
I recently had this installed and it is incredible the difference that it makes. If you want more sound you can also delete the secondary cats and swap out the stock mufflers.
