Best way to cover up license plate holes in the front bumper?

Best way to cover up license plate holes in the front bumper?
I removed my license plate because a C300 look so much better without a front license plate and because Utah doesn't require it.

There are 4 1/4" holes on my front bumper and I'm looking for the best way to cover these up. I've seen bumperplugs.com but those plugs look extremely large. Is there a better DIY option?
