Do I need to go to the same dealership where I purchased my Pre-Paid Maintenance plan
Do I need to go to the same dealership where I purchased my Pre-Paid Mercedes Benz Maintenance plan or can I go to a different dealer? Also, do i need to show them proof that I purchased it or will they find it out by running my VIN?
My local dealership does not offer loner cars, unless you purchased the car from them. But the dealer that is only a few miles farther does offer them to any customer when doing service.
