Cylinder bank 1 is too rich?
What does this mean?
While driving engine light came on.
Immediately had a Mercedes mechanic check my car, the computer said Cylinder bank 1 is too rich stored fault. He checked the air cleaner/Maf, it was clipped correctly.
He made a reset and the engine light was gone.
Test drove it a while ago, after driving for some time ~45mins, the engine light came on again.
What seems to be the problem?
Anyone had their engine light came on?

Good morning. Mine came in yesterday too. I got OBD172. What code you received? So far I think is the upstream O2 sensor but waiting to see what others say.

I asked the mechanic again, he told me that it could be a bad batch of fuel. since the engine warning light appeared sometime after I filled up gas.
The mechanic suggested that I finish the remaining fuel left in the tank and fill it up at a different gas station.
