Hollow all
I have 2011 c300 . I want to remove the driver seat head.
I tried many time but it seems that there is something catch it and very difficult to remove it.
Is there any special way of removing it.??

I assume you are talking about the head rest? If so you will need to remove the back panel on the seat. Once you have exposed the rear of the seat you will see a wire connecting to the headrest. Disconnect this and slide the headrest out.
