How to Reset NECK-PRO Head Restraints Solenoid

I got some problems with my NECK pro

I have reset it for few time's there was never a Error on the display.

I wass driving en then the Necpro on driver seat was opened and after + - 20sec ist smells to burned elektronics after that I got the error.

I open my neck pro and I need a burned Solenoid.

Where can I buy a Solenoid they will fit ?
How can I reset the Error ? without dealer help.

Is it possible to reset the error without connecting the Neckpro cable ?
