Well i've had the C180 (1.6) since october and have had no issues. Then suddenly on Saturday evening, driving at a steady 40mph suddenly the orange EML light comes on... initially nothing seemed any different however it became apparent that when maintaining any coasting speed with light throttle the car is juddering.. like a loss of power which then suddenly finds itself again.

The car feels jittery in normal driving also. I have a mobile mechanic booked for Weds morning who has diagnostic equipment to read the codes...

I'll let you know, but i'm dreading this.. (
