wheel offset vs 4Matic

ok so will wheel offset mess up the 4matic system?

i just got rims 18x8 et 45 front
18x9 et 54 rear

i see in a lot of posts 45 offset is max and even in the manual says 45 offset ? should i be worried to run these rims on a 2012 c300 4matic sport

Wheel offsets should not affect the 4Matic system. You need to keep the difference between your front and rear tire diameters (hence rotational speeds) as small as possible.

Yes, your wheel offsets (or tire widths) have nothing to do with the functioning on the 4matic system.
