2.2CDI Low power, sometimes in limp mode
I've searched the forum, but I didn't found topic, with similar issue, that I have.
I own MB C Class - 2008 W204 Avantgarde 2.2CDI 170PS.
Sometimes car doesn't have power on low RPMs (between 1500 - 2000 RPM), and the most annoying thing is loss of power in this RPM range.
Also I`m experiencing problem with "limp mode" - sometimes engine can reach 3500 RPM max - but after "engine restart" (turn off, and turn on) it dissapears.
I have OBD2 diagnostic cable, but it doesn't show any error. I've also visited my mechanic, who has SD Xentry - but there's no error too.
Some time ago I had new injectors (because old one failed), we've also changed high pressure pump + fuel temperature sensor in it.
I don't know why, but I suspect, that O2 lambda sensor is failing (btw. what is reference Voltage value for it?, because I had ~4.8V, and someone said, that voltage >1.5V is short circuit).

Few months ago I've been at local workshop to clean intake manifold (with intake manifold sealings replace) + EGR valve clean. Supposedly EGR valve was almost "dazzled". It's a little better now, but still the car runs sometimes good, sometimes worse. I noticed, that when it's hot weather, the car is running not well - I mean it doesn't have it's 100% power.
I've made some tests in Xentry - all measures available on: http://imgur.com/a/4H5Jd
It's been made in hot weather, about 30C.
The 1st thing, that noticed, that Current Injection Quantity is below specified value. Air mass (in DPF test) seems to be OK. I've also made a video of fuel injectors test: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i0Mr...ature=youtu.be
PS. There's no faults in CDID module.
