Bi-Xenon Swich from left to right dipping

I am going to France shortly and wish to switch my Bi-Xenon headlights on my C250 Estate from left dipping to right dipping. Is this a simple DIY job and if so, how do you do it?
Thanks

You need to buy EU spec headlights.

Thanks Shimee, the vehicle already has EU spec headlights which I understand can be switched from left to right dipping. I just want to know how to do it..

OEM headlights typically do not have this feature. The cutoff shield inside the projector will either be UK spec or EU spec (same thing really except one is LHD and the other RHD), and it will be a solid piece of metal and installed for the specified market. If the headlights on the W204 contain this flipping mechanism it would only be accessible from the back of the headlight through the bulb opening.

This is a fairly easy job. I get it done f.o.c. by my dealer every year for my holiday in France. They move a lever on the bi-xenon unit each side. It needs small hands! Good luck!

I did not know this. That's cool! I thought only after market headlights did that to save on product costs.

Just seen your details on my laptop as opposed to smartphone. See you have a 2010 W204. The dealer mentioned to me a while back that later models could be done via either the Assyst Plus feature in the car or through their dealer STARS system - don't remember which. A look at the options on your Assyst Plus feature or a chat with a sensible technician at the dealer should be an assist.
