Hey everyone. I was thinking about upgrading to the 2015 C Class Sport and one of the most important things to me in a car is the sound system. I was able to test out the sound system for a few minutes at the NYC auto show awhile back. I didn't have enough time to get a real feel of it with all the settings to my liking. During the time, I did however notice the bass speakers up front sounded a bit muddy. I've read many forums how you should have the surround off. The surround sound was on so that could've been the problem. I was using a good quality file and was using Usb. I have listen to other sound systems such as Harman Kardon which sound pretty good and realized that the C Class Burmester system doesn't produce mid-bass frequencies like door speakers do. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just not sure if the Burmester is producing all sound frequencies accurately (specifically the Midbass). Can anybody on here who utilizes their bass speakers tell me what you think about them and what settings do you have them on?

Just go to the dealer and try it out would be the easiest way to get a in person experience.
