I am experiencing a transmission jerk and knock while shifting from P to D and worst from D to R. The car sometimes lurch forward a few inches when I go for a full stop like it is slipping.

What do you think? Is the transmission failing? Car has almost 100k on it and did the full transmission flush and TC flush at 65k. Car is a 09 c300 4matic.
