Highway MPG report after 50k miles. (RWD GDI M276)
This is a sample of my morning commute today. To minimize city driving from this reading (roughly 2-3 more miles), I reset the trip computer on the last stop light (or sign) that forced me to stop prior to merging on the freeway. I then took these pictures on the very fist red light (or sign) that forced me to stop after exiting. Speed ranged anywhere from 70mph down to 5mph during my commute with the windows all closed and climate control set to auto @ 74. Just to keep this fair (as purely a HWY reading) I made sure I was never caught in a position to have to stop completely.
Sample of morning commute (minus 3 miles of city)
Overall average so far for this tank of gas.
Total miles. This is a factory ordered 2012 C350 with an ECU tune on Michelin PSS tires.

Just to make sure the 35.1 mpg figure was reproducible, I decided to do the same test the following day (this morning), using the same stop lights and point of entry/exit.
Photo above shows the same figures as yesterday. Same route, etc.
Photo above shows a slight increase in combined MPG since I've been driving it light for the HWY mpg test.
Photo above shows overall miles. If you take this picture and subtract it with yesterday's figure, it'll show that my daily commute is roughly 65 miles of which 60 of that is HWY miles.
