Front Door Arm Rest Noise
Wanted to confirm that this is (or not) a common issue with the W204 before complaining to the dealership, but do you notice any noise that comes from laying your arm on the front door (both driver and passenger) and pushing the door panel in slightly? The noise is driving me crazy, especially for a Mercedes. The door panels/arm rest in my wife's ML350 are solid, not a single sound or give.

Usually you here the squeak and rattles around the dashboard of the W204. Take it to the dealer and they will fix it under warranty as they have TSB on those squeaks and rattles.

So I took my car in today and had them look it. They gave me a 2014 C250 as a loaner and what do you know, the door panels and solid and don't make any noise 
They claimed that they took the door panel completely off, checked it and put it back. Noise is still there. Looks like it might be something that could have been addressed in 2014 cars.
It is annoying. It is disappointing. Guess I need to learn to live with it.

UPDATE
Took my car to the dealer where I bought the car (Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh) while visiting family and asked them to look at it. Unlike the other dealer, these guys actually agreed with me in that there is noise and kept the car for a day to work on it. Picked it up the following day and I was thrilled that they actually fixed it. They ended up taking the door panel apart, placing lots of felt tape and extra padding between the panel and the door. It's rock solid now and 100% noise free
