Difference between 2013 and 2014 C300s?

Difference between 2013 and 2014 C300s?
Are there any differences in between the two? I looked up the specs in the greatest possible detail and the interior and exterior dimensions were EXACTLY the same. Same with gas mileage, HP, torque, 0-60, etc. By looking at pictures of the two, the appearance (interior and exterior) same to be the same.
I'm asking because I'm looking to buy a C300 that's no older than 2-3 years old and I have narrowed it down to 2. A 2013 for 24,000 and a 2014 for 28,999. The 2013 one actually has less miles on it than the 2014 and I'm definitely leaning towards that, but I want to be sure I'm not overlooking any that Mercedes changed for their 2014. Thanks in advance.

make sure you get the one that doesn't have audio 20 lol thats my biggest mistake and if you need navi or back up cam make sure you get that as aftermarket navi is 3000-4000$ new speakers are 250$ each for good ones not kappa junk and the only affordable this is 150$ or so for a back up cam if you can do it yourself

I think he is saying that he has the base sound system and regrets not getting the HK. And I also think he means he wishes he had the stock navigation and back up camera and that upgrading to these things with aftermarket equipment down the road will cost you a fortune. Buy the car with those features already on it.
