Can anyone tell me what "install rescue assist labels" and "connected sds" means?

Can anyone tell me what "install rescue assist labels" and "connected sds" means?
These things were on my invoice from the dealer. There was no charge for the label installation and the "connected sds" was part of the labor charges for a trans. flush and fluid change. Could anyone tell me what these things are?

Labels are QR code stickers for the Emergency Services and are located on fuel filler flap and passenger door pillar.
