It's almost a crime that MB is making cars without HID standard. 
That and keyless are options one would expect from the high end brands.
I see there are many "plug and play" type kits out there that seem reasonable in price.
How do these really compare to manufacturer projectors. Are the MB factory ones auto-leveling? Do these kits cause any glare to oncoming traffic?

There are some good aftermarket headlight housings out there... with DEPO and SPYDER seeming to lead the pack here. The projectors are decent with good enough cutoff that you won't have to worry about oncoming traffic. Another option you can do is do a projector retrofit with a higher end projector using your stock housing. This is a bit more work, but can be cost saving and nets higher quality light spread and cut.
