anyone have any good experience with other HID kits?
Which do you recommend ?
Also what do you recommend for those terrible yellow parking lights part 2825 led / 168 / 194 ?
Thanks!

The best HID kit out there is probably MTEC. You're going to pay out $250-350 for that kit though. When we were looking for best quality at a more reasonable price to distribute as we were getting out of the HID manufacturing business to focus on LEDs, we tested out many kits and decided on Morimoto units which provide excellent engineering for a more reasonable price point. The Kensun kit you listed is really a lower end kit.
As for the parking lights, you'll want to replace those with LEDs. We have plug and play 194 V5 canbus LEDs using the latest in COB based technology and constant current IC drives.

Should be pressure mounted and free rotating. Just need to be pulled out. Might be dirty though so try turning it more to loosen it and maybe use compressed air blower. If you can't get a good grip on it, use angled needle nosed pliers. Do not pull by the wire as you might strip it doing so.

Morimoto H7 Elite HID kit is what I just installed this past weekend. Cost $150 with all equipment and no errors! Bulbs, ballasts, ignitors, canbus, etc. I was skeptical at fit but after install 110% satisfied!!!! I went with the 5500k bulb color and it's so much light I can't even tell if the fog lights are on or off.
