has anyone put in a new head unit/display OR found an upgrade to the audio 20 display in the 2012+ models I finally want to get this done but can't really find anything the dealer obviously wants an arm and a leg for the navi/ bigger screen and I can't find anything aftermarket. if i can't find anything i will just do all the speakers in the car but it would be a plus if i added navi since I'm going to be getting all this work done anyways.


another question if i find the navi screen on eBay is it just plug and play i know i need the new cluster cover but do i also need the part with the volume and phone pad ect. or can i just use the current one in the car.--- this part

might be confusing but i hope I've explained it well enough thanks and I'm looking forward to seeing some ideas if there are any

I'm guessing you have the Audio interface only? If so since he navigation firmware and hardware isn't in the head unit of your car, not only will the navi never happen but it probably will not function at all. You should have to buy the head unit with the navi.

no wonder the dealer charges 3500$+ thanks for the answer i guess its just the speaker upgrade for me
