Backup camera install - engineering menu enable help
I am trying to enable the backup camera in the command menu before i attempt installing it and having trouble. I follow the steps in the hidden menu (press hangup/1/#), then go through menus to get to Rearview Camera menu. I tried all the different choices (picture below) but nothing works when I put the car in reverse. My screen doesnt go black like it should. My car is 2009 C63 if that helps. Any suggestions?

The option is definitely SRVC, once set you either need to wait a while for it to reset or reset it from ENG menu. Also you might have to go into the HU system menu (normal) and find the option that says Rearview Camera then set it to "Activate on R"

Yep, it worked after a while. Had to lock it, have lunch, come back and it worked. Thanks for the response! Now on to the rest of the install in a couple of weeks.
