Software issues?? Please advise!
Hello all,
I have a 2015 C300 4matic. I have driven this car for 2 years with virtually no issues! Yesterday, I was at a stop light and all of a sudden my car locked up. I didn't know what was going on so I put it in park and then put it back in drive, well my car started floating backwards (on a flat road!) I made sure no cars were behind me the next two times I tried, but same story- going reverse while in drive. I had a cop push me off the road while I was in neutral. Anyway, dealership it was a "software" issue and that they fixed it: however, I am petrified this will happen again! Had I been on a major highway I could have had a major accident
Anyone experience anything like what I'm describing or know anything about this? Seriously thinking about changing models at this point. Thank you for your time!

isn't that a w205? but regardless id take that to the dealer and go nuts thats defiantly a major safety issue. My friends had a 2015 ML they got a full refund on the car when it turned off a few times on the highway pretty scary.

Thank so much for replying! I was starting to feel like I was the only one or I was dramatizing it. I never ever want to stall out in the middle of the road again!!! I hope there will be a quick resolution to this
