Cigarette lighter on drivers side not working
Hello people my Benz C350 2008 cigarette lighter socket I have been using for charging my phone just stopped working. So far I had dismantles it and checked the connector that attaches to the lighter (0 volts)
There is a light around the lighter socket but the socket does not have 12volts. The other two cigarette lighter work fine.
I checked the fuse compartment in the trunk at # 70 . (its ok).
Anyone here ever experience the situation and resolved it?

Cigarette lighter issue
It's been resolved for a while. I actually created the problem with a bad installation of by back up camera. The camera wire inside the trunk lid was not installed with any give ,so with repeated trunk closing it broke causing a short. (kicking out the camera and the lighter)
Re wired by following same path as the back up light wire.
