Gas overflow
Gassed up today (2013 w204) and for some reason the pump didn't click when full and gas overflowed all over side of car etc. I told gas station attendant and washed car afterward but just wondering if anything I should be concerned about? Car seemed to drive fine afterwards (though I only drove it for like 5 km).

More than likely this was an issue with the gas pump/nozzle rather than with your car. As long as your MIL (check engine light) doesn't illuminate, you should be fine.
BTW, it wouldn't hurt to wax the car around/under the gas door. Today's gasoline is pretty obnoxious.

I agree with jbt56...it sounds like the nozzle just wasn't sensitive enough so I would be careful going back to the same station.
One thing to check is that your overflow drain under the cars fuel filler neck is clean and open. I have noticed many of the cars I rent have the drain clogged with leaves, sand, etc.. They can also fill with algae or other tiny plants if there is a bit of dirt/moisture. That won't keep the fuel from spilling over but may let it drain away without running over your paint.
