Operating Voice Command & Alloys Chipped in my C250

Dear Forum Members

I have recently picked up a Pre-Owned W204 – C250 Avantgarde Version in India. I need suggestions and views of members in this forum on the following

• Command – I am not able to access SMS on the display screen. Please attached image. Is there any setting change or a software upgrade required
• Command – I am also not able to use voice command instructions. What is the method to activate voice command
• Alloys – The alloy wheels are chipped in some places. I am attaching the image. Can I apply a metal paste, fill up the chipped areas and polish them. Or is there an alternative method to address these chipped areas

Suggestions from forum members will be appreciated

Thanks

In the US rim repair and refinishing is a rather common practice.
