Would you recommend buying '08 C350 Sport (96k miles)?
I was going through all the posts reading about the problems. (EIS seems to be quite a common problem). Other than that, would your recommend buying a used 2008 C350 Sport wit 96k Miles or I should look for other car brands.
Cost is around 12k (One owner)
Please let me know how much does it cost every year to maintain this year.

I maintain my son's '05 C320 with 160,000 miles. I was the original owner. The car has been very reliable with the expected items needing replacement around 120,000 miles. These included the water pump, alternator (don't buy cheap rebuilt alternators), belts, brakes and rotors. The only unusual items were a sway bar link and a crankshaft position sensor.
The only other issue was the plastic link that moves the steering wheel up and down broke. Disabling the easy enter/exit feature should eliminate this failure.
Oil consumption is not too bad needing 1 quart every 3,000 miles. I change oil and filter every 8,000 miles and flush brake fluid every 3 years.
With the exception of wheel alignments, I do all the maintenance myself so costs have been minimal. Dealer maintenance, of course, would be more. My only complaint with the car is that it goes through rear tires every 20,000 miles (son's lead foot may be a contributing factor).
