need help electric problem

any help would be grateful,,, fist we had the dreaded steering lock fault, which we have had fixed, while the car was off the road we disconnected the battery as it had gone flat due to the lock failure ,upon refitting the battery we have had a run flat inoperative appear on the dash,,,when coming out to the car the next morning the battery was flat again so we jumped started it,,, car was used for 2 days fine,,,, on the 3rd day the battery was flat again, upon fitting a new battery we noticed the rear fuse box is making lots of clicking noises constantly , while the ignition is off, the rear lights are flashing also,, once the alarm is inactivated it all stops, but by then over night it flattens the new battery,,,
its a 2008 w204 c320cdi sport
cheers

Possible amp draw. As stated before, you are testing for amperage on each fuse. What ever the fuse goes to is what is draining the battery.

Took the car to my local garage and was told the two front SAMs are not connecting with the rear Sam in the boot took car home after he reset a few faults and left it few days and it seemed OK but as I was about to buy a second hand replacement rear same I noticed the rear lights flashing by them selfs again and the washer fluid spraying my wind shield.. It's going bad to worse now

And today i now have the cars front fan running all by its self again with no key in the car.. Is this something the rear SAM can cause or am I looking at something here far far serious as I don't want to fork out for a rear SAM if this wouldn't now cause the washers and fan to run with vehicle off

I would apply a trickle charger to your battery when the car is not in use to make up for any loss from unknown sources.

See whether this improves the situation making sure the battery is fully charged. Others have experienced these symptoms with a low battery charge.

Another problem could be a faulty earth point . Check your earths for cleanliness & tightness.

The car had a brand new battery applied after the old batteries died the first time where the rear lights flickered all night

If there is a constant electrical drain on the battery through a fault the battery will become discharged when the car is not in use.

If having the battery charged when the car is not in use solves the problem then you are part way there in diagnosing the problem.

Check if all earths are clean & tight.

Update:

I found the peoblem and I thought I would update people on my stupidity!! A few months ago my ignition system failed and were I checked all the fuses I never replaced the cover!.. Amount of times I opened the bonnet checking all the fuses I honestly can't believe I have been that stupid to leave it off!!! The front fuse box cover was actually off lying next to it and had been getting flooded with water when the car was being cleaned or raining.. So update is car is now fine as lid is back on haha I actually count my self very lucky also it never caused any further or more serious damage!!

It's funny but not funny

Do you have snow ? These cars have an issue with the modules under the driver seat getting wet and causing all sorts of electrical issues.
