A Service in SoCal - April 2016 Coupon Specials - What about 2008 Models?

I searched all the 20 or so local dealership's coupon pages and found that the best price is $195 for a Service A special from MBZ DT LA.

I will take this to a closer dealer to where I am located and have them match, naturally.
2 Questions though:
1) Anybody found any bettter dealer service A prices recently, that they can kindly link me too?
2) What is the deal with all the dealerships only quoting specials for MY 2009 and newer for Service A? I thought MY 2009 and newer only applied to Service B for those vehicles that would then require a break fluid change (for about an extra $100 usually).
With all the coupons quoting MY 2009 and newer, does this mean that A service for 2008 and older should be cheaper? I don't think they use different synthetic oil or anything else from MY 2008 to 2009, correct?
BTW, I have a 2008 w204 with about 49.5K miles I am taking in for service today, any help would be greatly appreciated (I may even need a service B, but I can prob replace the cabin filter myself later for cheaper).
