I took my W211 to Firestone once - never again.
They don't know Mercedes cars. They charge you for the service but skip a lot of things because they simply don't know how to work on the car but then insist they did all the required work. In other words, they're incompetent when it comes to Mercedes and they are dishonest about it.
Either go to the dealer or find an experienced independent shop (there are many who are very reasonable). It's well worth the additional investment.
