As I was driving slowly around a parking lot the traction control / ESP exclamation point started to flash and loss of power. I took off again and it happened again and then felt like a wheel locked up for a second. Turned car off and on and seems to be normal again. Anyone else required this?

Sounds like you possibly have a failing or dirty ABS sensor. I would suggest that you see if there are any codes.
