When I try to carry out that the full service has been done it says "full service could not be carried out". I've never had this issue before when resetting it. Anyone know whats going on?

I stand corrected however if you tried and failed you then need someone with DAS Xentry to go back and correct the issue!!

What is the issue? I never had this problem had this problem before. All doors hood and trunk are closed

Its because we dont drive our cars enough and the mileage is too soon to reset, so the reason were seeing the message is because the days till service have expired. Dealer is the only one who can reset a message that won't clear
