Radio Buttons not Working

Radio Buttons not Working
Hello Fellows,
So I have decided to remove my radio today morning from the Mercedes 2011 C250 W204 , but things went wrong. Instead of removing the radio unit I have removed the font face, the black face that is attached to the front surface of the radio. I put everything back and radio buttons has stopped working .. What should I do to get it back to work ? and If I do go back to the dealer will it be covered under warranty, I still have warranty on my car
