Dual in-out Flowmaster 40 in place of X-Pipe anyone?

Has anyone ever tried using a dual in/out Flowmaster 40 or Pro Series in place of an X-Pipe on any of our cars? I would love to have a little snap, crackle and a few farts from the exhausts.

Just not happy with the way it sounds...more moaning and howly with the X-Pipe, than deep and gurgling...I need the gurgle...yeah, I can't afford anything V8 powered or with an A in the model, so let's move on from that one...suggestions anyone please?

That's what I currently have too..don't like the way it sounds..

I want to know if anyone has put a 2 chamber Flowmaster like a 40, 50 or Pro Series Muffler in the system, in place of an X-Pipe, to help (maybe?) give the V6 a little gurgle and/or growl.
