Advice required on srs warning light and knee airbag replacement
Hello so I have recently bought a c200 kompressor 2009 from auction, complete front end has been replaced and the car now starts and drives perfectly fine. I have replaced the steering wheel and airbag and now face the problem of replacing the knee airbag, I have been told by some that I don't need to replace the full dashboard since the passenger side airbag is still intact. I just need confirmation of that if possible. I now have an srs malfunction warning on my dashboard, how do I get rid of the warning on the dash after I have replaced all the airbags.

Nice job!! The SRS has nothing to do with the airbag issue---for the SRS find someone with DAS Xentry or equal diagnostic tool to determine why the lamp is lit!!

Thanks man, took me a while to find all the parts to get it up and running. I think I know someone with a diagnostic tool, I'll get to it as soon as possible. Any ideas about the knee airbag?

I would double check the connects at the air bag. I have read a few threads where simply cleaning the connections with a contact cleaner allowed people to clear the codes.
