Exclamation COMAND system failed?
Hi everyone,
I recently replaced my battery and now my COMAND system is dead. My screen does not flip open no more, and I've lost my radio, navi ect. I checked all fuses. I also took out fuse #11 and #26 in effort to reset the system with no luck, I replaced the COMAND unit with no change. I disconnected the factory integrated iPod connector, nothing. I checked the fuse behind both COMAND unit and Monitor and both are in working order. I searched Many articles with no luck

Wow, seems like covered much already. Have you taken a multimeter to the power source?

I definitely have power. If I force open the cover to the pop up monitor and I press the power bottom it will close
