Headliner rattle
Anyone here had experience with a headliner rattle? I have one occurring just behind my head and to the side. It goes away with the sunroof visor open.
I'm off to the dealer tomorrow but I'm nervous to have them touch the interior anymore.

Had a similar issue, drove me nuts and I couldn't find any helpful posts on the internet.
It is most likely the sunroof rails that are loose. If you open the sunroof there are plastic covers that hide the glass mounting points. When you remove them there will be a few nuts per side. (there were 3 on each side for my panorama sunroof) Next to them will be alignment notches engraved into the metal rails used for reference.
Simply loosen them, readjust the sunroof, then tighten them. Don't tighten too much because the studs feel like they could strip very easily.
