Does anyone know of an adapter that can be used to secure h7 led bulbs (with the fan behind it) to the fog light housing. I was able to secure them using zip ties and some ingenuity, but I would feel much more comfortable knowing that they were secured correctly and positioned properly. Right now they look great, but light up buildings up to the 4th story, so not very legal or safe. These are the bulbs... Any suggestions? Thank you

Need help securing H7 LEDs with Fan to 2008 C300 Sport Fogs
BUMP.... Anyone...the bulb adapter looks like this. The halogen h7 normally goes into this adapter harness which twists into the fog light assembly. However, the white plastic adapter looks like it is based off a 9005 or 9006 bulb type.
Can anyone confirm whether using a 9005/9006 led bulb would allow me to directly secure the bulb to the fog light housing and then attach all the cables to it. Right now I have an H7 Led bulb held in place (in the fog light housing) using about three tightly pulled zip ties per each side. Not ideal, but it works. However, I would much rather have it secured the right way.I ordered these adapters and am thinking with some modification I can get the H7 Led bulbs with the big fan behind them secured on properly. Any thoughts?
