Issue with C ring LED on Spyder OEM Style Headlights on 2012 C300
Hey guys,
I have a set of the oem replica head lights for my '12 c300. They have worked great for about a year but now on the driver side the C-shape LED has started to pulsate/flicker at times. It will then proceed to shut off and send me an error on my display saying that the parking light needs to be checked. There are times where it works just as normal; I'd say 50% of the time. Is this something where I can simply replace an LED bulb or do I have to replace the entire LED strip somehow?

Ouuff... That's a tough one... Did you check for any corrosion or anything in the back?
Don't have aftermarket headlights on my benz but I find on others I've had, they have had issues with corrosion...
Notice any condensation on the inside?
The LED's should DEF not die after a year...

There isn't any condensation on the headlight and there does not seem to be any corrosion anywhere. Very strange...How are people with the OEM projector 2012+ headlights changing out their C LEDs when they die? (if anyone's even had theirs die this early..)

If an LED dies in a year, I consider that a defect.
Do you have ANY warranty on it?

The OEM ones don't die, at least no documented reports of any failing. You have to remember the standards are different for OEM and aftermarket. You could probably take your headlight out and see if you can see or access the light from behind to get an idea if the bulb is replaceable but I doubt it. Also, if it's flickering, maybe there's a short in the wiring.
